    1. Returns

    1.1 You may initiate a return for your candle purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    1.2 To be eligible for a return, the candle/home decor must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

    1.3 To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@haestiame.com and kindly describe the issue and a reason for return . We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if required.

    1.4 Shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. For your security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

    1.5 Once we receive the returned candle and verify its compliance with our return policy, we will proceed with processing your refund.

    2. Refunds

    2.1 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

    2.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    2.2.1 We are doing our best to ensure all candles are packaged carefully and paying attention to the safety of vessel and temperature of the wax, however if the wax melts during the transit, we won't be able to replace/refund the order.

    2.3 Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

    2.4 If you haven't received your refund within the specified period, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

    3. Damaged or Defective Candles

    3.1 In the event that you receive a damaged or defective candle, please get in touch with our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the candle and arrange for a replacement or refund.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    4.1 The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
